The field trip to Highland Lakes was held over the 12-13 August. Friday afternoon saw a few head to Penstock for a couple of hours to try their luck. In cold conditions a couple of nice Browns were caught. Saturday and Sunday had members heading to Penstock, Shannon, Arthurs and Woods. Blustery conditions made fishing and boating difficult with only a few fish caught, those being primarily from Penstock.
