Clarence Anglers caters for all forms of fishing, our trips are trout based but some members also fish salt water so opportunities are there to tag along.

We hold meetings every second Wednesday of the month, except for January, mostly at our club rooms at 3 Esplanade, Lindisfarne, meetings start at 7pm.

We like prospective members to attend a meeting or field trip to get a feel for the club to ensure it's what they are looking for, before they join.

For those interested in fly tying, the club conducts  fly tying evenings mostly every Thursday at a club members house in West Hobart .

During fishing season we have regular trips away, averaging more than one a month to various lakes and rivers in the south, central and west of the state. We run a points system at these events and award trophies at our annual presentation night, held in conjunction with our AGM in July.

Membership fees for 2024-25 season:

​

$50   Adult individuals.

$60   Family.

$0     Junior members under 18yrs.

$50   Joining fee applies for new adult and                      family memberships, and lapsed                            membership of more than12months.
